Your order is confirmed upon full payment and measurement submission (or in-showroom fitting completion). Any changes after confirmation may incur additional charges.

Consultations and fittings are by appointment. Appointments are complimentary and do not constitute a purchase obligation.

Client measurements are taken by trained stylists using industry-standard methods. The Fit Profile is stored for life and used for reorders. B&G Private Bespoke is not liable for fit issues arising from: (a) inaccurate posture or stance during measuring; (b) significant body changes (>5cm circumference variation) after profile creation; (c) client-provided incorrect measurements for remote orders.

Fabric swatches are provided for colour and texture reference. Digital 3D previews simulate drape and appearance at 95%+ accuracy but may not reflect exact hand-feel or minor dye-lot variations. B&G Private Bespoke reserves the right to substitute fabrics of equal or superior quality if the originally selected fabric becomes unavailable.

3D preview is for visual reference only. Colors, textures, and lighting may vary from the actual garment. Final specifications are binding as per your confirmed order summary.

Full payment is required at order confirmation. We accept bank transfer, WeChat Pay, Alibaba Pay, and credit card. All amounts are converted to CNY at the prevailing exchange rate on the payment date.

Standard production time is 12–15 business days​ from order confirmation and measurement lock. Express production (7–10 business days) is available at additional cost upon request. Delays due to force majeure or fabric unavailability will be communicated in advance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Every garment undergoes multi-stage quality inspection before dispatch. If you identify a manufacturing defect within 14 days of receipt, contact us for repair or remake at our cost.

Complimentary adjustments within 3 years​ from delivery date, covering fit issues arising from normal wear, minor weight fluctuation (±3kg), or settling of fabric. Excludes restyling, resizing beyond original construction limits, and damage from misuse.

Significant body changes (weight fluctuation beyond ±3kg), pregnancy, intentional restyling, or alterations requested by third-party tailors are not covered. These may be accommodated at prevailing rates.

Your measurement profile is stored for life to facilitate reorders. Data is handled per our Privacy Policy and used solely for garment production.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the current version.

A fitting garment (test garment) may be provided for confirmation before final cutting. Minor adjustments identified at fitting stage are included at no extra cost.
